1. Buyer issues icpo to seller.
2. Seller countersigns and sends back to buyer.
3. Seller issues contract and sends to the buyer. Buyer signs back.
4. Seller issue pb at 2% of total amount.
5. Within 7 working days buyer issues an operative L/c to seller's bank account as per the terms of the contract.
6. Seller confirms receipt and acceptance of letter of credit in writing.
7. Seller deliver the cargo to the stock yard at the loading port (By Break Bulk Shipment)
8. Seller issues notice of readiness of cargo at the loading port after complete delivery.
9.100% amount paid based on sgs/ccic certificate of quality & quantity at loading port, including price adjustments. Buyer has the option to inspect cargo at the loading port.
Letter of Credit must be:
Confirmed Irrevocable Assignable At Sight. In case of one year continuous supply. L/C must be revolving.
