Moon Ha Recycle Corp.

The Group's history dates back to 1990 as a humble sole proprietorship under the name of Moon River Trading. Led by Mr. Eric Moon, founder and an enterprising visionary, the Group has grown from a modest outfit to become a significant player in the metal recycling industry.

To meet the increasing market demand and business volume, a joint venture partnership was forged between Daechang Industry Co., Ltd. Of Shiheung-City, Kyunggi-Do, Korea and Moon River Trading. Thus, the birth of a new partnership emerged and with it, Mr. Moon soon established a new company in Moon Ha Recycling Corp. The focus was to streamline business operations and to meet the challenges of expanding into both the regional as well as in the global market.
In its initial marketing of clients, the new company was able to successfully garner the bid of the Department of National Defense, locators in the Mactan Economic Zone, the National Steel Corp. and other Philippine Economic Zone Authority locators in the Luzon area of the Philippines. And because of aggressive marketing and reputation in the industry, the company has successfully exported its metal products in the Asian region.

Today, Moon Recycle Corp. operates out of a 2,000 sqm modern factory building equipped with high volume processing equipment and a logistics support services. The modern factory is capable of producing more than 500 tons of a broad variety of metal products, which are exported to many Asian markets such as Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand as well as several European countries.
