PVC WINDOWS (VEKA)
The PVC windows are manufactured on two computerized production lines composed, among other things, of four-headed welding machines. Production capacity enables us to produce up to 400 window units a day.
We particularly recommend our windows for passive houses, made of six chamber profiles, with two chamber glass units with a very low heat transfer coefficient on the level of 0,8 W/m2 K for the whole window.
We also produce windows of atypical shapes: triangular, trapezoidal, round or even arched (e.g. gothic arches) and unusual colors, including double-color windows with different color on the inside and the outside of a building.
WOODEN WINDOWS (DJ-68, DJ-78)
Our wooden windows are produced from glued laminated timber: pine and meranti. We use the POLSTOL system. Windows are equipped in a two-gasket system (rarity on the market) and the fittings made by an Austrian company MACO.
At present, we are working with systems with an installation depth of 68mm and 78mm, in which windows are equipped with four gaskets and we will soon introduce the 88mm system. The wooden profiles that we use are particularly elegant and posh and have great noise attenuation properties. Windows are produced using digital machining centers, which ensure a perfect execution and enable production of untypical shapes.
ALUMINUM WINDOWS
Plast-System is not only a manufacturer of PVC and wooden windows. For a long time we have been also offering aluminum windows, which we produce using two renowned systems: Belgian REYNAERS and Polish ALUPROF.
