INSTYTUT WDROZEN I TECHNOLOGII Sp. z o. o. is an aluminum foundry and pattern shop that has been in continuous operation since 1998. We are located in Starachowice, in the centre of Poland.
IWIT Sp. z o. o. is based on potential statutory activity and intellectual assets gained in Odlewnie Polskie S.A. Implementation of new technology and product innovation is still one of main task of firm.
We still continue great tradition of Odlewnie Polskie S.A. which had been the first shareholder of the firm. Now the firm is being driven by the private investors whom aim is to steadily raise the quality of service and products up to premium level accordingly to Just-In-Time concept.
At present, we employ highly-skilled employees and workers with many-years of experience in various sorts of firm's activity, especially in the field of design and manufacturing of castings what significantly raises the quality of final product.
In 2005 company obtained certificate of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 standard for design and manufacturing of tooling as well as production and processing of castings.
The company has a permanent mold facility and a fully- equipped pattern shop. Its facilities include furnaces for aluminum melting and for heat treatment (with monitoring of this process), sand-milling and pouring sand machine, CNC Machines and system of computer supporting (CAD/CAM/CNC system).
During our production activity we have had several wide- world corporations as our clients that still teach us how to filfill the most demanding procedures of quality and how to produce the finest quality product.
Our customers can rely on our employee's expertise to help to determine the most effective and efficient combinations of alloys, casting methods, melting practices, design and heat treatments for their product performance criteria.
We produce aluminium castings from 0, 02 KG-250 KG.
