The use of veneer is an especially ecological utilization of the raw material: Instead of individual boards as in lumber production, many thousand square meters of valuable sur- face material are obtained in thin sheets. Not all logs, however, are appropriate for quality veneer. Even growth, optimum length and diameter as well as special structure and characteristics are found only in select, often very expensive trees. That's why we travel to the best growing regions of the world and carefully select the trees. Our product range includes more than 100 species of wood.
