LLC "Okhotskoe" was established in 2007 in Sakhalin Region, Russia, has a production base:
1.2 hectares of the property,
4 quick freezers a total capacity of 44,000 kg/d,
A tin shop with production capacity 35 000 kg/d,
A caviar shop with production capacity 5000 kg/d,
Chambers for drying and curing fish with production capacity 500 kg/d,
Refrigerating power -18C 450 000 kg.
Refrigerating power -10C 20 000 kg. ,
4500 VEBOMATIC line,
The line for the processing of shellfish blower,
Line for the processing of seaweed,
Own TS 650 KW and 2 diesel generators 270 KW.
Ice machine.
Own a licensed laboratory.

In the salmon fishing season the company employs 130 people, there are dormitories and dining room.

2007 - 300 000 kg. (Pink, chum)
2008. -350 000 kg. (Pink, chum)
2009 - 700 000 kg. (Pink, chum), 25 000 kg. of salmon caviar.
2010 - 750 000 kg. (Pink, chum), 30 000 kg. of salmon caviar.
2011.- 1.4 million kg. (Pink, chum), 63 000 kg. of salmon caviar.

For the supply of raw fish the company contracts with the enterprises of the South and South-East Sakhalin, such as LLC "Dynamo-Dolinsk" LLC "Contrast", LLC "Factory gear", LLC "Amber", LLC "Neptune". All products (raw fish) comes to the production of delivery for a period not exceeding 3 hours of fishing in their own 1000 kg. cold boxes and own transport (2 Ural, KAMAZ, Nissan)
