Export Company, Altai Flour Mills Co., Ltd., was founded in 2008 aiming at consolidated promotion of products of the major Altai grain processing companies at international markets.

The founders of Altai Flour Mills Co., Ltd. are the largest grain-processing enterprises of the Altai region: "Aleyskzernoprodukt" CJSC named after S.N. Starovoitov, the Agro-Industrial Company "Melnik", the Association of Grain Processing Companies "Grana" and "Kluchi Elevator" JSC.These enterprises produced 800 ths tons, or 7.5% of the Russian flour output in 2008. The founders' production facilities allow to process 3,700 tons of grain per 24 hours, and produce 2,800 tons of flour (850 000 tons a year) and over 700 tons of cereals (215 000 tons a year). However there is a possibility to increase volume of output.
