Monotechsolar manufactures high-performance monocrystalline silicon squared ingots that is further used in solar panels worldwide and in semiconductor industry (electronic grade). Our customers are leading European and US companies.

We are the origin of monocrystalline silicon ingots growth technology since 1960s. Our CTO led monocrystalline silicon projects under the supervision of the Nobel Prize winner in physics. We gained top global client - largest solar photovoltaics German company. Production capacity is about 50 metric tons of squared ingots per annum.

Additionally we produce full scope of carbon and graphite materials. Graphite parts for Si-monocrystal pulling. Graphite, carbon and insulation materials for the crystal pulling of the silicon, germanium and monocrystals.

Products of high-purity graphite and insulation materials, e.g. crucibles (susceptors), heating elements, heat shields, gas guides and current connection parts are used in equipment for pulling monocrystal rods of silicon, germanium and compounds.

Monotechsolar has developed ideal materials for this application. With its low porosity, high density, high mechanical strength and suitably matched thermal expansion, Monotechsolar`s graphite parts offer an exceptionally long service life.
