We are an independent energy company, organized in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2005; we deal directly with Saudi Aramco under Commercial Register CAD. No: 4030128938 and we are engaged in crude oil and the wholesale marketing of petroleum product such as gasoline, diesel, bitumen and asphalt. We operate petroleum-based products with a total annual average capacity of approximately 105, 000 barrels per day. Both of our products are complex, which means that they can process heavier, less expensive types of petroleum-based products and still produce a high percentage of bitumen of all kind such as, bitumen, gasoline, diesel fuel, and other high value products.
We focus our marketing efforts in the Middle East, East Asia and Africa regions and Saudi Arabia, which we believe that we are among the most attractive company products markets in Saudi Arabia.
Our factory in Jeddah has a permitted bitumen capacity of 20, 000 barrels per day. The ability to process heavy bitumen lowers our raw material costs because heavy bitumen is generally less expensive than lighter types of bitumen. Historically, heavy bitumen has accounted for 80% or more of the factory in Jeddah. We market factory in Jeddah's products primarily in Asia and Africa, which encompasses India (the large country in South Asia) , china (the largest country in eastern Asia) . The factory in Jeddah's product mix includes bitumen (41% ) , fuel (30% ) , asphalt and other petroleum products (29% ) .
