After your approval, solid testing models are made in 1:1 scale in PA, so that all important dimensions can be measured, checked and approved for next step.After approval, thermoforming tool is made on CNC machines in our company, respecting all dimensions and shapes earlier defined. In the meantime, we will extrude sheet in right colour, which product will be made of. We can extrude sheets in thickness from 0.20mm up to 0.80mm in PET and from 0.20mm to 1.6mm in PS. Sheets can be wide up to 700mm.When everything is ready, we start thermoforming products and delivering them to you in less than 45 days after your official approval.We can print all cylindrical shapes and we can apply sleeve (shrink) labels so that your product is ready to be filled and delivered to the customers. This process of development was established during years of experience on projects with leading companies in Serbia and ex Yugoslavia.
