Please bear in mind that before we send SCO to any buyer, our supplying refinery would carry out due diligence on them and verify all documents submitted.

The buyer MUST address all relevant documents to our company name before we can send them our SCO. The following documents are required BEFORE we can send our SCO:

LOI and/or ICPO
Company Corporate Profile
Proof Of financial capability

Only after these submitted documents have been verified can buyer expect to receive ANY documents from us or our supplying refinery.

Any email demanding SCO before ICPO would automatically deleted.
