IMT can be conceived as an advanced from of IML (In Mould Labeling). The main differences are that in IMT there is no PET film after injection moulding, and the moulded plastic has UV coated surface as it comes out of the tooling.
This gives a product that does not bend/twist due to shrink rate difference between the resin and PET film. Moreover, our product is UV coated as it comes out of the tooling so there is no need for extra UV coating processes.
We also offer 3D IMT. This is similar to normal IMT but the patterns are 3D.
