Our main order come from USA, Japan and Korea.For better price competitive and safety manufacturing performance wemade joint-venture with Hong Nhung company in Vietnam, which has experience of 15 years in the field of backpacks and special heavy bag and cases. Our main customers were from EU and North America. Normally in Vietnam it is some difficult to find good quality of fabric and new material for product. To cover this problem DICS company is developing and sourcing high quality and new created material and fabric in Korea and China. It is why we can meet customer needs with cheaper and higher quality of materials.Our Hong Nhung company is managed by Korean. Our people is charge of R&D for production and checking the quality of materials and product. We have the inspection room and we check the quality one by one. To meet Japanese quality requirements it is essential. We have two factories. They are all new constructed and very clean and mordenized. We installed CCTV in all factory area. Our customers can watch the inspection room at customer site. This will give the customer big trust in production and how to be proceeded. The customer dose not need to visit and check the quality.We are very organized with long history. We send samples 3 times-before order, after order, and during the production. We do report the daily quality checking result and production qty. We always think about how to make our customers feel safety during the production and trust our quality. Everybody say that they can do and they will do keep the delivery and quality. But we know the most importanting is company organisation based on exact reporting system to customer.Our customer will check their production procedure at their office with this daily report system.
