AND Corporation was founded with a purpose and goal of security and development of our own technology in Jan. 2001, when there was totally no own technology on semiconductor equipments and thin coater in hi vacuum.

Through technical cooperation and development with domestic and foreign companies for securing our own technology, we developed the first own brand, TRACK equipment, only about 1 year after foundation and prepared an opportunity to settle down our position firmly as a semiconductor manufacturer from launching ASP Series 2 year after that time.

Then, we established our subsidiary laboratory and strived further for research and development. As the results, various patents and certificates were obtained from semiconductor industry and the government.

Moreover until now, AND Corporation have conquered the new LED Semiconductor market as a leading company as results of our continuous technology development and recently shows results even in foreign markets as well as domestic market.

Also in future including this year, we plan to further strive for semiconductor equipment market and associated business, increasing weight of R&D investment. We will materialize -Creative evolution for you with a faith of. There is success, but no miracle.
