And from our chily gardens at polonaruwa, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products from the estate to the costomer.
The pepper berries are black to dark brown in colour with a hot, biting and pungent taste and a sharp and penetrating odour. The finished product is clean, washed and mechanically dried and packed in burlap bags of 50 kgs. (110 lbs. ) . Moisture will be below 12% and light berries below 4% . The material can be packaged to suit customer requirement.

The red chilies are very bright red in colour when they are ripe. These are also dried in both natural sun dried and mechine dried to ensure the quality. The final product is rich in it's natural hot taste. The dried chilies are also packed in bags of 50 kgs (110lbs. )
We are able to supply 1000 kgs per week. There is no minimum order limit. It can be negotiated.
