Our company was founded in 1995 as a company which designs and manufactures specialized molds. For better service, we also have injection machines in house for OEM production.
Our company specializes in various kinds of connector housings (Memory Card / SIM Card / Mini USB Housings), other kinds of housings, cosmetic parts, fine pitch housings, and metal part insertion moldings, and can finish projects with full capability of design, manufacture, inspection and injection.
We can shorten project development period and upgrade production quality effectively by the teamwork of Engineering, Tooling, Injection and Quality Control Departments. We have maintained a good reputation by rich experience of mold design & development in the past 10 years.
At the first stage of mold development, we'll keep communicating & offering proposals on drawing design & modification to customers closely to make the period of mold design & manufacture short. In this case, the whole procedure can meet customers' expectation.
In the mass production stage, we can control the quality of plastic parts in all procedures, and also attain the aims of cost reduction and on-time delivery.
We can satisfy and meet the requirement from customers for RoHS environmental protection certificate since all products from our company are in compliance with European Community RoHS Inspection Standard and we also can provide the inspection report from original suppliers if necessary.
