We are a professional cosmetic container manufacturer and supplier established in 1982, based in Wuci Town, Taichung County, Taiwan. We have gone from strength to strength since our company was established 26 years ago. We led ISO9001 International Quality Management System Guidance in June 2008 and passed ISO9001 international Quality Certification in December 2008.
Factory facility
We have the most advanced automated production equipment which has been ISO9001 certified. At present, we maintain 18 main production machines, including advanced robotics. We use our high-tech 24H automated machinery through experience. We will maintain the pace and goals necessary for customer satisfaction. Our excellent engineering capabilities and computer-aided modeling and mold-flow analysis techniques give customers confidence even if we produce the most complicated custom packaging.
In our factory, we provide basic processes, including plastic injection, surface treatments, hot-stamping, silk-screening, vacuum plating, electroplating and spraying. Our QC department is aiming at managing quality control, quality improvement and quality planning. We ensure that all of our departments and employees act on this quality control policy and we engage in quality assurance from the customers' point of view. We are confident in supplying you with complete production lines from pre-production to product delivery.
