Specialized in the conception, development and manufacturing in sterling silver, gold and rhodium plated, Barcalon Co., Ltd. propose a large range of jewels, components and accessories customizable according to your needs, your design, your markets and customers.
Production
In addition to the general process of our activity (vacuum casting, stamping, CNC machining, forming and electroforming) , we perform several production processes such as the resin injection, the mop, wood and leather cutting, the enameling, the mokume gane, the laser graving, the plating with locals partner companies.
Experience (Team work)
Our team s main experience has been built with famous European brand names who sub-contract in Thailand and has a high level of expertise in the finishing and the quality controlling of the pieces and in the assembling of the complicated jewelry destined to the high end market.
SERVICES and ENGAGEMENTS
Sub-contracting
We propose a production s assistance for manufacturers (domestic and overseas) in up capacity or research of alternatives in term of cost improvement. We assure the sub-contracting of small, middle or large ranges and partial or the complete production process.
Sourcing
We let our customer to take profit of the knowledge that we have about Asia. For a single stone, a component, a spare-parts, a packaging, a gift customizable, we realize research and propose the product that our customer expect to find or an alternative within one week.
Outsourcing
For special request from customers who try to improve their supply chain, we can propose a service of Stock and Inventory management in Thailand. We manage in distance their stock according to their needs, without charges, to issue the order faster.
In addition of the stock and inventory management, we offer our customer to support a part of its activity; that is to say, the customer s purchasing office in Asia. In another way, Barcalon Co., Ltd can guarantee the customer to have, at any time, a free capacity of production for their product and even to dedicate a workshop only for him.
A subcontract agreement between the customer and Barcalon Co., Ltd. will be writing.
Design
We share our knowledge as our technological improvement and let our customer s design and products take benefit on it. As the productions of the customer s design or the made to order are confidential, we can also give the sales exclusivity of the Barcalon Co., Ltd design to a customer. Our design can be customizable according to the wish of the customer. Barcalon Co., Ltd. can propose a large range of color for the wood, enameling, resin, stone, shell, and cord such as a large range of spare parts and chains.
The Designer team of Barcalon Co., Ltd. can help you to transform your idea and thinking in reality in 2D or 3D. For the complex and precise design, ours informatics program are suitable with most of the CNC machine. Our team can realize your catalogue, promotional supports, and packaging.
Engagement
In term of benefit, we offer a service level as the European standards request. Therefore our company undertakes to respond the customer quotations or other requests within 24 hours and assure a delivery within 5 weeks from placement of order. To support this, the customer will receive a weekly report which provides the progressive status of the order.
