In 2005, ICL got the promotion from the Board of Investment of Thailand; BOI. ICL focus attention on important issues such as operating management, reputation, client, communities, and environment that attracts the government of Thailand which is called the Office of Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion; OSMEP to be one part of the share holders.
