Thai Union Frozen Products Public Company Limited (TUF) began operations in 1988 with registered capital of Bt25 million. Half a decade later in 1992, we took a strategic stride by expanding our cold storage facility and, at the same time, entered into joint ventures with Mitsubishi Corporation and Hagoromo Foods Corporation. Both organizations have been our long-time partners and customers who played a strategic role in our product development efforts to meet international standards and developing our capability to compete in the global marketplace. Tuf has become a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 1994. Over the years of our successful operations and continual expansion, our registered capital has increased to the current value of Bt885, 090, 950 (at per value of Bt1) . Paid-up and registered capital amounts to Bt869, 280, 950 (869, 280, 950 shares) .
