Dhanish software solutions is the brainchild of mr. Mohamed rafi.
He started the company in october 2000 with a view to offering tailor made software + imaging solutions for the jewelry industry, based upon his background as a major manufacturer of silver jewelry with his company dhanish international.
Seeing the demand and necessity of products in indian market, mr. Mohamed rafi with mr. Ashwani batra started the indian sales office operations as dhanish imaging solutions in chennai on september 2002, by introducing the software and imaging solutions for all the business avenues.
We saw a gap in the market, explained mr. Mohamed rafi. The existing market was saturated by expensive, useless and complicated products. Mostly american made. Our vision was to revolutionize the industry and provide competitively priced products more affordable and available to all sectors of the industry, not just a select few who had the $4,000 to $6,000 to spend on a jewelry software or imaging system.
Mr. Mohamed rafi says since my background in the jewelry industry goes back 20 years or more, I understood what exactly jewelers want, and that is why we created success software, to be tailor made specifically for the jewelry industry. Our software is designed by jewelers for jewelers and our extensive knowledge has translated into a product that puts all other 'basic' jewelry software to shame.
It soon became clear that the company was growing at such a fantastic rate as the products had taken the industry by storm.
With the expertise knowledge and managerial skills of mr. Ashwani batra, says mr. Mohamed, days will come soon, when our software will become omnipresent.
In our first year alone, we took the products around the world and exhibited at over 25 trade shows worldwide mr. Ashwani batra says. It was this aggressive marketing technique that paid off. We had come from no-where, and people were saying that they had never heard of us and that they didn't know that software could be developed in Thailand!!!

Having come to know the tremendous response from iijs 2002(indiainternational jewellery show 2002), mumbai, exhibited by dhanish software solutions, we decided to expand our operations to India and its neighboring countries, also decided to have participated the forthcoming national and international trade shows to boost our sales.
In our first year we sold over 2000 copies of our success v2 software mr. Mohamed rafi explains. These sales were backed up by an ever increasing dealer/distributor network that spanned the globe. From our trade show exposure, we had developed a presence in over 35 countries through our distributors. Everyone was attracted by the products, telling us that they had never seen such user friendly software, so dedicated to the jewelry industry.
