Norbaran Gida Ltd. Konya/Turkeywas founded in 2001 to distribute Food Additives, Food Flavouring Agents and Food Colors to the market. In 2003 Norbaran Gida Ltd. have started to produce Bread Improvers.We are manufacturing bread improvers and divider oil in our modern factory under the trade mark of EKMAX and NOROIL KESTART. At the moment we are producing 8 different type bread improvers which are formulated depending on the specifications of flour and end products. In 2008 we have started to produce bread mixes.With the aim of maintain the quality, our R&D department performs researches to enlarge the product variety. As a result of current researches we are going to present new products in a sooner time. Also, to approve our quality we carried out some studies and we approached to get ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000 certificates. With these certificates we are aiming to widen our market share not only in local market but also in international market. Currently we are exporting our products to Azarbaijan, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprusand Iran.Beside these, our company import varoius emulsifiers and distribute them in our country. As a result of our collaboration with Palsgaard/Denmark, we found the emulsifiers under the trade mark of Hetapol which is spesific to the halvah industry.
