We have started our trading activities in Elazig, in 1958. We have set high targets. First we entered into the textile business. In the 1980s we moved to Bursa and commenced our industrialization process. We used our savings properly. In a very short time we had initiated an integrated production concept consisting of spinning preparatory, weaving, yarn dying, printing and confection, regarding home textile. We have played an important role in the Turkish Textile Industry as producers and exporters. We have assigned our commercial and production experience acquired in the Textile business with other industries. Today we represent an efficient role in the chemical, food, insurance, construction and energy sectors, in addition to textile. While investing, we prioritize human and technology. We adopted as a principle the providing of production and services with higher standards than the world s standards. We have been working without making concessions in those principles and maintaining our growth. As a result of that we have been loyal to our principles, today as well as in our country, many countries around the world prefer Harput Holding s textile products. Contributing to our country s economy by providing investments and employment, we are also aware that we are one of the leading groups of exporters in the country, and so we continue increasing our investments.
