Our company started serving the textile sector as commercing cotton yarn in 1985. In 1990, the company began producing knitted fabrics, thus maintained its activities with the principles of variety of products, rapid service and production of high quality fabrics.
The production of knitted fabrics is done with 70 knitting machines. By the end of 2003, we established the spinning mill, producing 100% cotton carded and combed yarn all intermediate numbers between Ne 16 / 1-ne 60 / 1 with the latest technology rieter g-33 spinning machines, luwa air conditions, murata process coners, quality; tested by uster tester, foreign matter detection jossi & cleared by uster quantum, using the best quality cotton of aegean region and having 9000kg / day production capacity. Bostan tekstil aims to increase its production capacity about 60% by inclusion of new spinning machines to its mill within year 2005.
In our knitted fabric plant, there are electronic jacquard knitting machines able to do open width knitting between 26p & 38p and
18r & 28r single plate, double plate with no edge mark.
Also our plant produces dyed knitted fabrics of cotton, acrylic, polyamid, polyester, viscon and mixed yarns.
