Marmaris is a place famous for its natural products, herbs and rich pine forests. Covered with rich pine forests, Marmaris has managed to preserve its naturalness and organic structure as it is not suitable for agriculture. This feature of Marmaris allows the local products to meet the consumers naturally without pesticides.Turkish bay leaf and sage leaf is well known with the subtle aroma and smell. Furthermore, the highest quality ones grow in the Marmaris region where we located. We can briefly summarize our operation process as follows;1-We get permisson from the ’Republic Of Türkiye Ministry Of Agriculture And Forestry’ because these type of trees can be harvested just during the growing season2-Harvesting We harvest trees in the forest together with the villagers3-Natural drying We arrange the leaves on a piece of sheet and place it in a dark and dry place out of direct sunlight, with plenty of ventilation.
