ISG is a Textile Intermediary and Representation Company located in Denizli, the textile heartland of Turkey. Not to consume valuable time we would like to give some information about our company and a brief outline of our services:
- ISG has access to an extensive network of quality manufacturers scattered across the country that can meet almost all types of buyer demands. Although our focus is on home & hotel textile, towels and bathrobes, we also serve in such other fields as basic underwear, socks, 100% cotton fabrics etc.
- ISG works on behalf of buyers (importers). This prioritization helps us be distanced from working as marketing agency for sellers, which is what we do not want to do. Instead, we do get engaged into only serious deals driven by full dedication to 'quality and price' concerns of international importers.
- After completing extensive talks and/or correspondence with buyer side (our international clients) we ask for sample dispatches for intended product from buyer side, if they can provide a ready one. If buyer side does not have a sample, in line with buyer specifications ISG makes the manufacturers produce one. Besides, our Creative Art Director, Cenk Mommarje, who is a well- known designer, also assists our clients who want to go for new designs and product developments.
- Having completed determination of client needs in terms of cost, quality, quantity and timing of delivery etc., and finishing with cost calculations, we start to make a shortlist of most appropriate manufacturer companies.
- We bargain to get the best possible deal on behalf of buyer side, narrow the scope of the search gradually and finally zero in on one manufacturer company within 7-10 days.
- Upon receipt of the Production Orders (POs) from buyers, we consider the deal is done.
- We constantly keep in touch with the producer and buyer sides, monitor production process and in addition to manufacturer's controls, we perform quality checks.
- ISG DOES NOT CHARGE IMPORTERS (BUYERS) A FEE FOR ITS SERVICES BUT PASSES AL THE COSTS TO THE MANUFACTURERS (SELLERS)
