The company was established in 1969 under the leadership of Mr. Ismet Colak and continues its activity to the present day in partnersip with Mr.Bahri Colak, Servet Colak and Osman Colak.
Colakoglu Construction had successfully completed 5.000 properties including shopping precincts in Istanbul and Marmaris. The Company is continuing to construct new properties according to the new regulations regarding earthquakes and heating systems. Our target is to produce dwellings which are well constructed, functional, comfortable which are also pleasing to the eye.
