Product range which has been determined according to general expectations consists of Apple, Sour Cherry, Grape and Pomegranate concentrate.
Anadolu Fruit Plant has a 22. 500 ton / year apple, 6. 000 on / year sour cherry, 6. 000 ton / year grape and 12. 000 ton / year pomegranate processing capacity in hygienic conditions by using cutting edge technology.
Anadolu Fruit made up a mission to combine high product quality with productivity, raw material quality and service quality. The aim to reach the healthiest and the most delicious after production that is carried out and completed by computer control since the very first phase plays the most important role in the quality of Anadolu Fruit.
It conducts production in European standards by employing ultra-filtration (clarification of concentrate) , colour adsorbtion (colour brightening) , deep freeze and shocking means and developed laboratory facilities.
