For the Buyers which are OEMs of Automotive and Home Appliances or Giant-Sized Tier-1s (Over 100M Euros Turnover of them); we cooperate as their Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Agency in Turkiye, on the other hand for the small-mid sized Manufacturer Suppliers in Turkiye; we cooperate with them as their Export Agency to enlarge their business to Europe, USA or to Eastern Countries of Turkey related to their field of product.
Both ways, our profit is the fixed annual salaries we take from our cooperators. From small-mid sized Manufacturer Suppliers in Turkiye; we take around annual 5000Eur annual and from the Buyers which are OEMs of Automotive and Home Appliances or Giant-Sized Tier-1s of them (Over 100M Euros Turnover); we take around 20.000Eur to 30.000Eur annual and always consider each cooperation as a long term business. So there is no commission rights of Lynxeslair Automotive from any of the Buyers in abroad or Manufacturer Suppliers in Turkiye.
So; as a Buyer, if you are not an OEM or a Giant-Sized Tier-1 supplier (Over 100M Euros Turnover); there will be no commission and no annual fixed payment cost for you at the unit prices of the products or services which we are capable of connecting to you their manufacturers.
As the Export Agency for the small-mid sized Manufacturer Suppliers; during the projects phases and serial production life of the products, we shall have our WCIM (Weekly Continual Improvement Meeting) system as being at the manufacturers facilities once a week for the aims below:
- To bring the buried advantages in product realizing and supply processes like; mateial sub-supplying, manufacturing, quality, packaging, logistics and others to light, which will provide cost efficiency and sustainable productivity
- To improve all unconfirmations on any detail of Products or the supply processes or terms, conditions and qualifications of them
- To prevent a possible interruption in cooperation in future by detecting the reasons for it proactively and improving the situation simultaneously
- To check the stock levels and management of input materials and finished products for the safety of supplying the ordered and forecasted amounts of Products to Buyer with on time delivery and in confirmed quality and quantity
- To solve an interruption, which has already occured, together with Supplier as in communication with Buyer
- Report every processes and results of each action above to Buyer
