CALDERA was firts established in 2004 as a trader company of towel radiators across Europe. Then, the company became CALDERA HEATING GROUP with integration of steel boiler production. Today, the company has enlarged its organization with production of cast iron boilers, wood gasification boilers, and biomass (pellet) boilers, as well as trade of new additional products such as gas fired water heaters, hot water cylinders and desgin radiators.
Recently, CALDERA has established its own sales, distribution, and after-sales services network in Turkish market with penetration of some new products typical to this market like automatic feeding boilers for small size coals, and gas fired water heaters. The domestic sales organization is located in Istanbul with a presentation of all our products in a central showroom.
CALDERA exports its products to more than 15 countries across Europe, and now we are still working to penetrate new markets with new products. In our products, we use the latest technology in heating industry. All products in our range are our registered and approved designs. We always give priority to research and development facilties to keep our products and service at best and to maintain our respect to environment by designing nature-friendly products.
We use the latest technology for production with CNC controlled fiber-optic laser workbenches and CNC controlled punching presses, added by CNC driven bending machine lines.
The heart of the steel boiler production is welding, and we always have the utmost importance to welding process. Each welder in Caldera is approved on EN ISO 287-1 as well as our welding process. We use synergic system MAG and TIG welding machines in our process. We have the most advanced system for welding gas exhaust devices in our process. So, we have the utmost respect to our own employees and our nature as well as yours with the products we design and serve.
One of our main advantages is our flexibility in both designing and production. So, we are too strong in serving our products in accordance with your local marketing requirements as well as fastly adaptation to your minor changes.
For efficiency and combustion tests of present and developed products, we have our own combustion and research laboratory with computer added data acqusition system.
All of our products are CE approved, and manufactured in respect with related European Community Directives and relevant harmonized standards for each category.
