Poseidon is a recently formed but an ambitious company with a long term vision that started its activities in Izmir, Turkey in September 2004.
The founders of the company are coming from a well established canning business and have a long history and leading market presence in the canned food markets such as Germany, France, Italy, Israel, Greece, Australia, USA and Japan.

Poseidon has a developed core team that consists of purchasing, production, quality control and exports specialists devoted to quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Our production facility is an EU approved HACCP production and export license holder.
Based on the Aegean Sea coast, the company has established purchasing points on the Mediterranean, Black Sea and Marmara Sea shores and is specialized in warm water shrimp species (Parapenaeus Longirostris, Penaeus Kerathurus, Aristamorpha Folicacea and Aristeus Antennatus), octopus (Vulgaris), cuttle-fish (Sepia Officinalis), anchovy and other Mediterranean fish species such as white bream and sea bass.
Based on customer demand Poseidon is flexible in meeting production specifications according to market needs such as IQF, shock-freezing and also in fresh form.
In logistics we have a bonded partnership with the innovator and the unique operator of the concept, outsourcing in foreign trade, in Turkey, Flama Logistic Systems. With this alliance, Poseidon provides its clients with excellence and efficiency in door-to-door logistics and ensures complete customer satisfaction.
