Our company is producing handles, furniture feet, hangers, knobs and house door alluminium hinges from zinc alloy, alluminium and plastic. We have 12 zinc alloy injection machines (2 of them from Urpe Co. Which is from Spain) , 4 plastic injection machines, own mould area with 2 cnc and other machines to produce moulds, vibration area (our vibration machines are from Rossler Co. From Germany) , polishing area and we have our own plating area which is useful to plate all metal products in to satine, chrome, gold, Matt chrome, mat nickel, mat gold and also we have painting area which we can paint all metals and plastics in to all rai colours. One of the most important area in our co. Is we have chrome 3 plating area which plates products in to chrome with no poison according to the standarts of European Union. We buy our zinc alloy only from (Belgium) Overcure Co.
