Nova filament is manufacturing continuous multi filament polypropylene(pp)yarn. Our production is in range of 50 to 600 deniers with various filament counts
Like:48,72,144,200,244 filaments per yarn end with different cross section possibilities.

We already have more than 120 colors in our color shade. We can work with custom colors and use additives like ultraviolet stabilization and flame retardants.

In addition to this we friction texturize the yarn by false twisting to make the yarn more textile-feel and gain more volume. We can intermingle the texturized yarn up to 100 intermingling per meter which makes the yarn run better for next processes.
