We are as Kalkan Organic Agricultural Products Ltd. Co. producing dried figs, dried apricots, hazelnuts and raisins. Our facility is located in Nazilli-AYDIN TURKEY where the highest quality figs are grown. We are able to produce conventional dried figs as well as organic with our ECOCERT certificate.
Right now we have the following sizes and package types for dried figs,
Any size between No. 4 and No. 10 is available
Packages;
Garland 200 gr & 250 gr
Lerida 1 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg
Pulled 250 gr, 500 gr, 1 kg
Layer 250 gr, 500 gr
Protoben 500 gr, 1 kg
Bulk 10 kg in carton boxes
We are very well known with our quality because we do not get our figs from wholesalers. We are collecting our high quality figs from mountain villages. The figs we process have thin skin, jammy inside and we use only clean hot water to wash our figs without using any chemicals.
There are 110 people working in our company and with our workforce we are able to process and pack 5 tons to 12 tons of dried figs per day depending on the size.
