Fortuna XXI was established more than 20 years ago. All these years of successful work gained us trust and respect from numerous international and local clients of all divisions of the company: fish breeding, sturgeon hatchery, caviar trade, seafood distribution, creation and full support of sturgeon farms.

Our company is situated in Ukraine, Kiev and is the official distributor of the sturgeon farms in the CIS region has been authorized to represent their products in the global market.. We offer mature eggs, larvae and fry of the following fish species from Ukraine, Russia, Moldova and other CIS countries:

- Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baeri) and its hybrids;
- Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedti) and its hybrids;
- Sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus) and its hybrids;
- Bastard sturgeon (Acipenser nudiventris) (starred sturgeon or stellate sturgeon);
- Bester, hybrid species of Beluga and Sterlet.

The purchased products shall be delivered by air, in a professional way, in a special package in compliance with all rules of IATA and veterinary requirements of purchasers.

As a rule, the delivery is carried out by a representative of our company.
In addition, at the client's request we can carry out the incubation of fertilized eggs, the exposure of larvae and participate in the growing of fry.
We are also ready to provide professional services for establishing and further development of sturgeon farms.

Day-to-day interest in the industrial breeding of sturgeons (Acipenser gueldenstaedti) is growing.
Many sturgeon farms have been founded and successfully functioning today in many countries producing high-quality products, such as: famous black caviar, smoke-cured sturgeon fillet, smoke-dried sturgeon fillet, and sturgeon meat.

Key to the successful breeding of the sturgeon is in quality of the fertilized eggs (fish seed).

Catch and trade in sturgeon species is protected by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES). Thus you can purchase fertilized eggs of sturgeon only from an official producer who gets fish seed from sturgeon brood stock that pass domestication and are kept in aquaculture farms (i.e. without using the resources of wild nature).
