APK-INVEST is a vertically integrated agricultural enterprise with a complete in-house production cycle - from producing grain and feed to meat processing and retail sales.
APK-INVEST is in the process of implementing a major programme for Ukraine's agricultural sector, aiming at producing and selling chilled pre-portioned foods from pork and sausage products.
Our innovative and uniquely important enterprise was created in September 2006.It's the first vertically integrated enterprise of such kind in Ukraine's agricultural sector. According to the company strategy, by 2015 it must have 30,000 sows in the breeding herd, a nursery and growout facility with an annual capacity of 600,000 pigs, a combined feed plant with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons of feed, and a meat processing plant with an annual capacity of 52,000 tons of meat products. The cultivated area is set to increase to 50,000 ha.
All production processes at our company are in line with European requirements, and product quality is continuously monitored in terms of sanitation and technology.
APK-INVEST's production facilities are located in Krasnoarmeysk and Konstantinovka rayons, Donetsk region, Ukraine. This is one of the major enterprises not only in Donetsk region, but in Ukraine as a whole.

In 2007, APK-INVEST's project was recognized as innovative, which is attested by the Certificate of state registration of an innovative project.
In 2009, APK-INVEST's meat processing plant successfully went through the certification audit for compliance with the international standards ISO 9001:2008 (compliance with the requirements of international quality management system standards) and ISO 22000:2005 (safety management system for food products, developed and implemented on the basis of HACCP - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) In 2010, the company successfully passed the first supervisory audit, with an increase of certification area.
State-of-the-art equipment, own reproducing herd created with world's best breeding lines, further selection work, set-up and implementation of a complete in-house production cycle - all this gives us a unique opportunity to create a natural product at the lowest cost in Ukraine, while maintaining international-level quality.
Total project investment is expected to reach UAH 3.5 bn. It is financed exclusively by domestic capital.
By 2012, the company will employ over 1,500 people, with an average salary far higher than industry average.
