Ocean Energy General Trading, hereafter called Ocean Energy, is basically a Limited Liability Company established on 27.01.2008 in Dubai, U.A.E. following many years of experience in oil products production, transiting and exporting. The company in Dubai was deemed as a supplement to have more access to the international market and expansion of our business worldwide.
Our business scope includes import and export. In addition, we not only act as a trade agent for various kinds of commodities and technology, but also undertake counter trade and entrepot trade.
Despite the fact that Ocean Energy General Trading L.L.C. is a newly established company, it takes advantage of a management team all of whom have been in the field of business for more than 15 years doing business and handling business transactions with well-known and high standing companies in the region and worldwide.
It is well to indicate that Ocean Energy General Trading L.L.C. was established by managers of a high standing oil products manufacturing and exporting company named Faraz Motor Tehran Company abbreviated as FMT producing engine oils (Mono & Multi Grade) and low viscosity & high viscosity fuel oil. FMT takes advantage of a big oil blending unit and a drumming factory in Eshtehard industrial city being 120 kilometers away from Tehran, the capital of Iran. FMT acts as the company in Iran which does the production of some products and the real export formalities on behalf of Ocean Energy General Trading LLC which is in charge of handling the international business transactions in Dubai. So it is well understood that FMT and Ocean Energy are in fact same company.
The company currently maintains accounts with Emirates NBD, Deira City Center Branch. Therefore there is the possibility to handle all business transactions at the earliest , easiest and the most convenient possible process.
We have been exporting our fuel oil to many countries in the region and worldwide and we have had lots of transactions with big bunkering & trading companies such as ENOC BUNKERING (FUJAIRAH) L.L.C, FAL OIL CO.LTD, INDEPENDENT PETROLEUM GROUP (IPG), FAIRDEAL TRADERS S.A. in U.A.E. & K.S.A., and Chem Oil Adani PVT Ltd, India and many other companies worldwide.
Upon commencement of the business activities most of the company's managers' aim was focused on transiting & exporting oil & petrochemical products such as Fuel Oil, Crude Oil, Base oil (Virgin & Recycle), RPO (Rubber Processing Oil) and slack wax from Iran and Iraq to the countries where we have some potential buyers and business partners as well as transiting Crude Sulphur & Prilled Urea from CIS countries like Uzbekistan to said countries. However, it is well to indicate that the company's management team has been transiting Fuel Oil, Base oil (Virgin & Recycle), RPO (Rubber Processing Oil), Fuel oil, slack wax and Crude Sulphur from Iran and Iraq to countries including but not limited to Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Cyprus, Turkey, Taiwan, India and China in huge quantities since 1998. The total export volume of FMT & the newly established Ocean Energy is almost around 400,000 MT.
