As an Independent and Specialist company, we pride ourselves in offering honest, old fashioned service and advice. The only products we carry are in the dog related training world and of course, our award-winning Equine & Canine supplement line. Unlike some of these e-stores that sell everything including jewelry, furniture, picture frames and oh yeah, dog training stuff too - these are the only products we carry. We do just the one thing - and as we enter our eighth year of business, we do it exceptionally well.

If a product is not going to work for you, we'll tell you right off the bat and offer our advice on a more suitable item. Why not just make the sale? It's simple really, then we would be just like these "pet malls" and big box "e-stores" The difference between us and "them" honestly, is we would rather lose that sale than sell the wrong product for the wrong situation.
