The Real Ale Company was formed as a concept in late 2010 between four friends with a love for Real and Craft Ales and a desire to ensure Britains independent breweries have the best possible online presence. Adding Real Cider and Perry to our market place was a natural move due to the boom in popularity of these products and the UK containing some of the best producers in the world!
With an ever increasing demand for good quality local products we felt we could produce the best online market place for both trade and public sales, along with fantastic information about the producers and the industry, thus therealalecompany.co.uk was born and went live in August 2011.
We have a continued drive to get the best producers from the four corners of the UK to sell on our site. All vendors keep control of their content and The Real Ale Company acts merely as the sales agent to trade and the general public.
