We are the manufacturer of the newly launched Sapphire X-Jet 140 Sports Jetboat.The boat is a 14' (4.3metre) fast jet boat for entry level watersports and general fun on the water.Capable of up to 47 mph on the water, it can carry up to 4 people and is fitted with a 143hp inboard 4-stroke petrol engine.Due to its size and weight, the boat is designed to be easily launched and recovered by a single person and can operate in a water depth of just over 30cm.This is ideal for coastal waters where the shallow depth will not allow operation of outboards.The X-Jet waterjet also provides propulsion which is safe for those in the water, such as children or adults engaged in watersports.We are always happy to discuss customising the boat for a particular use.In the past these have also included operation by police, military or rescue services in shallow water areas where a high speed craft is required.
