Innovation Futures LTD trading as Plastic Buildings is the only bespoke plastic modular buildings company worldwide. They use 100% recycled plastic for all walls, floors, ceilings and roofs which is extruded and mixed with a number of resins to prevent chipping and scratching, weather erosion and ensure fire prevention. All buildings are designed by the customer who chooses the exact size of the unit, where the windows and doors are to be positioned and the whole layout of the interior. The customer can request the amount of electrics required and the exact position of all sockets, light fittings and heaters. All buildings come with a range of flooring options including carpet and laminates or for a more cost effective alternative can choose to keep the floor provided. All parts of the buildings are can be steam cleaned and jet washed, all windows are manufactured using double glazed secure glass and all doors are full aluminium with a choice of locks. The customer can choose from a range of colours including White, Grey, Green and brown and also a range of powder coated window and door frames. Plastic Buildings can install kitchen areas and toilets if required and once again in the position of their choice. All buildings are made to order as no standard size applies enabling the customer to have one large open space rather than a variation of multiple buildings attached together using linking kits. Once the customer has placed the order Plastic Buildings will start the manufacturing process. The whole building is constructed at the Wakefield based warehouse to be tested. Once this is complete it will be flat packed and delivered to the customer. By employing this service there is no need for cranes or heavy machinery on site as the team of professional installers will erect the building in sections.This eliminates access problems and ensures a large customer base.On delivery of the building the customer will receive a full electrical certificate along with a building control sign off sheet which will act as their one year guarantee. If any damages are caused to the plastic panels they will be covered by this guarantee ensuring the best possible service. If the customer decides to extend or decrease the size of the building in the future Plastic Buildings will simply add to or take from a number of sections to create a new building at a fraction of the costs.
