Kingpak (Polythene Bag Manufacturers)

Kingpak are a polythene bag manufacturers, based in Glossop, North Derbyshire. Our factory is situated within easy reach of the main motorway networks with the M67 a mere10 minutes away - which links to the M60/M6/M1/M62.

Kingpak is a family run business started in September 1993. We moved from leased premises to new purpose built premises in August 1999.

We extrude LDPE (Low Density Polythene). We manufacture rolls of LDPE film which are then converted into either side weld or end weld polythene bags and packed and palletised for collection or delivery.

We can extrude clear, tinted or coloured film. This can be extruded into lay flat tubing, side gusseted film, centre fold or double wound sheet.

We have sideweld and bottom weld bag making machines so with the variety of film we can extrude there are many types of bags we can manufacture.
Our bag making machines also have the following capabilities:

Block Headed bags. (With holes for product placement).
6mm perforation holes in registered repeat.
Upto 50mm lip.
Side or bottom gusset.
Butterfly punches in registered repeat (for air holes but no loss of poly and no poly debris).
Very good qualtity printed warnings or line text in registered repeat on certain side weld sizes.

All of our products are packed into plain polythene dispenser packs or plain polythene wraps (dependant on size and customer preference). Our general range is packed into yellow or red polythene packs and our blockheaded range into blue packs.
Each pack has a white computer generated label giving all information for full traceability and identification. We can incorporate your order numbers, stock numbers/descriptions and bar codes if required.

Our quality control system uses a batch reference number for traceability. This reference gives us total traceability of product right back to the material granules it is manufactured from so in the very unlikely event that a size you order does not conform to your required specification we can pin point why that has happened and rectify it immediatelly.
