Cornish Country Larder

We are based in Cornwall and have recently purchased our second factory. We are a family run business and were established in 1997, after John Gaylard, the Managing Director, gave up goat farming.
We make both cows and goats cheeses(brie and cheddar) and butter(cow goat and whey).

Products.
St Endellion(Cows) - made with added double cream for a rich, full flavour. Comes in a 1kg wheel

Cornish Brie(cows)- delicious, mild and creamy. Comes in a 1kg and 3kg wheels

Cornish Organic Brie(Cows)- creamy, mellow and melt in the mouth. Comes in 1kg and 3 kg wheels.

St Anthonys(Goats)- a creamy soft goats cheese with a clean and mild taste.0.600g logs.

Chatel(cornish babies range)- soft cows cheese made with added double cream.200g cheese comes in a case of 5.

Gevrik(cornish babies range)- soft goats cheese a mild creamy melting texture with a nutty taste.70g cheeses comes in a case of 7.

Village Green(Goats) - a hard goats cheese with a wonderful taste.1.5 kg green waxed wheel or 2.5,5 or 20kg blocks(aslo in pre packs).

Cornish Olde Smokey(Cows) - has a delicious sweet, fruity flavour..750g squares.

Ambervale(Cows) - a very creamy tasty cheese great for kids.2.5,5 or 20 kg blocks.

Double Gloucester - weights as above.

Red Leicester - weights as above.

Mild/Mature/Extra mature Cheddar - weights as above.

Vintage Cheddar Truckles - a tasty vintage cheddar in a black wax.400g,900g and 2kg rounds(2kg round avalible in red wax also).

Butter - Cows, goats and whey. In.250g packs or boxes of 25kg.

All products are made with pasturised milk and are suitable for vegetarians.
