Payment Instrument: By Irrevocable & non-transferable Letter of Credit L/C at sight, 100% negotiable upon presentation of shipping documents.

Procedure (ACCEPTED PROCEDURES (NON NEGOTIABLE)
1.Buyer issues LOI/BCL or ICPO to Seller in agreement with the terms and procedures.
2.Seller issues FCO, Buyer signs and returns FCO with a letter of acceptance.
3.Seller sends Draft contract.
4.Buyer negotiates/marks changes in draft contract and sends it back to seller (signed, sealed, initial).
5. Buyer sign/seal Draft Contract and return if acceptable.
6. Buyer visit scrap yard and tabletop meeting for signing final Contract with Seller and your representative face to face.
7. Buyer Bank issue non-operative DLC to Sellers Bank.
8. Sellers Bank issue 2% Performance Bond (PB).
9. Buyers Bank issues the operative DLC to the Sellers Bank.
10.Seller commences shipment.

If Buyer agrees to above terms and is ready for contract, he must send a signed and sealed LOI on his letterhead.
