The SpeedCode concept is based on the creation of a standard 'off the shelf' product which may configured by the end user to match their exact requirements. This provides the convenience and economy of a standard product with the huge advantage of being able to personalise the software where needed.

The main SpeedCode product 'Business Manager' consists of a general purpose business management software package that does most things for most companies. However, there exists many 'hooks' distributed throughout the product where the end user may replace the standard facility with their own special requirement, using powerful Flowchart Technology. This combines the advantages of both standard 'ready made' software with the flexibility of customized software. For example, a company may find that most of the Business Manager package does exactly what they require, but they manufacture a special, unique, product which needs special software to manage it - SpeedCode allows them to create special products that may be used to create specifications, costings, manufacturing instructions, and so on.

Flowchart Technology allows an end user, without any knowledge of computer programming, to create their own designs. Flowcharts may be used to describe almost any application, however complex, in a way that ordinary people can understand. SpeedCode is graphical and interactive making it easy for end users to make their own designs. SpeedCode contains all the elements needed to build a powerful, customized, software application in an easy to understand way.

Another SpeedCode product, Solo, uses Flowchart Technology to allow end users to create a completely new application from a blank sheet of paper.

For the future, SpeedCode is open to many development opportunities, to create new products in many different industries and business types.

Designed by one man, Richard Bence, over a number of years. Richard Bence is unwilling to take his products into an international commercial phase without help. He is therefore seeking a joint venture partener.
