Hornet Consumer Service Ltd started life in late 1999 as a hobby project between two friends. It was soon discovered that this would become more than a hobby, and so was registered as a limited company in March 2000. At this time we sold a range of computer hardware and software as well as mobile phones, plasma televisions, video games consoles, digital cameras, consumer electronics and laser toners. One of the friends had over 20 years experience with computers and programming, the other many years of experience with customers and distribution. This powerful combination of experience allowed Hornet Consumer Service Ltd to develop the website and back end in house, as well as plan our sales and marketing strategy. As time went by and the company started to mature we learn from our mistakes and focused on our strengths. With our speed of service, low prices, and quality of goods, Hornet Consumer Service Ltd rapidly expanded; that expansion only being limited by our cash flow and business sense.
