We are Import Agents looking for quality Manufacturers, World Wide, wanting to enter the UK Market. We are ideally placed to cover the whole of the UK market initially and, once your products are established here, we would be pleased to help you sell them throughout Europe. That, however, we would propose doing from the strong base of an established market in the UK. We are convinced that S & M World Trade could make a significant contribution to your business and would welcome your views on it.

Our aim is to give you a risk-free entry into the market by operating on a strict results-only basis. Your risk nothing as we would be paid, by commission, on performance, and then only after you yourselves have received payment from the buyers we have introduced.

To do this we need to work with an Agency Agreement, the Agreement stipulates what we can and cannot do as Agents representing you in the UK (or other stated territory, but UK is our first choice). The Agency Agreement is 100% negotiable, which means if you are not happy with any part of it we can discuss it. Remember if a retailer comes to you they buy for themselves, as Agents we can bring say five retailers to you for example, and give customer service from the territory!
