Since ct moulds was founded in 1987, we have grown strongly and occupy very modern premises in small dole, west sussex. We have built a reputation for providing a wide range of high quality product in our well equipped injection mould shop with machines available from 22 tonne through to 250 tonne, currently used by leading cosmetic, kettle and beauty range companies.

C t moulds ltd is a plastic injection molding & toolmaking company that has been supplying quality plastic moldings to the plastics industry for 13 years. We can take your ideas or component design through all the stages from design, models, prototypes, through to the finished plastic component and include foil printing, screen printing, pad printing, component assembly & sonic welding.
Our in house toolroom has modern cnc machines & cad-cam for mould design & manufacture. So if a potential customer came to us with a plastic component that needs to be manufactured, he may ask for visual models, then he may need a prototype mould so he can test functionality or marketing potential.
If that went well he would give the go ahead to make a production mould tool, we would then discuss the injection mould tool design with the CAD design department. The assembly of the thermoplastic component needs to be considered and incorporated into the tool design
