Today we are one of the largest exporters and processors of grain and oilseed products from the countries of the CIS and eastern Europe.

The strength of our strategy
Our objective is to continue expanding our business and increasing our profitability by focusing on these key strategies:



Continuing growth by selectively expanding and extending our operations in each of our divisions. We plan to do this by building or investing in elevators located in strategic regions, which will help us to purchase, store and market our grains and oilseeds in the future.

Growing and developing our brand names by selectively working in those food products markets, where we can best utilize our experience and knowledge of multiple areas of the agricultural business.

Increasing our crushing capacity. We intend to apply our significant capital resources and our expertise toward expanding our processing capacity of sunflower seeds and soybeans, in order to achieve greater market presence in this high margin, fast-growing business.




Controlling the entire production chain of sourcing, processing, packaging and marketing. This will allow us to optimize our cost structure, react faster to market trends and to improve customer satisfaction.

Improving our manufacturing efficiency. Our goal is to maximize return on our investments by improving the efficiency of our manufacturing facilities and by expanding them.
