My name is Ashley Trombetta. Let me give you a brief rundown of how our company works. Once every week we send out an e-mail that contains a list of all makes and models of our cell phone inventory that we have in stock. The inventory list is in excel form and has four different categories as to what condition certain phones are in. We have As Is untested phones, which generally will have a 70% yield of working phones, so there will be some fall out but you will notice that our pricing will reflect that. We also sell broken/repair stock phones, fully tested, and PGT (Power up, Good LCD, and Test Call) phones.

All of our phones will be at about a B grade of quality mixed in with some A grade and some C grade. About 30%-40% of our phones will come with backs and batteries, depending on the model. Typically, once you have looked over and made a decision on what phones you would like to order, you will shoot me an e-mail of what model numbers you would like and the quantity of each.

I will then put together an invoice for you and double check that all the phones are still available. We do work on a first come, first paid, first serve basis. Once your order has been compiled, we will take payment. We can either receive payment through a wire, PayPal, or Credit Card. With PayPal and Credit Cards we do split the fee cost with all of our customers, which would be an additional 1% of the total cost. In most cases, we are able to ship out your order the same day of payment.\
